We have had the pleasure of working on a wide variety of projects together with our clients, both short and long term. Below are just a few examples of the types of work we have been involved in and some that are ongoing.
ONIVA was commissioned to create a new website for the luxury furniture manufacturer Timeliss. We were tasked with the complete delivery of the website with works including new marketing copy and the restoration and enhancement of images from its Classic Collection range of furniture. The project included setting up a social media strategy and delivering the tools needed to promote the brand's range of stainless steel furniture.
GRESHAM YACHT DESIGN
Gresham Yacht Design is a London-based design studio that provides exterior design services within the luxury yachting sector. ONIVA provides ongoing marketing and social media support and strategy. One of the main objectives set was to plan and execute ways in which to capitalise on the projects it produces. Tasks have included updating all its marketing and social media strategies and in the planning and execution of a new website for the studio, producing new copy, images and videos.
Editorial direction and content management were the two main requests we received from Superyachts.com. The online media group required ONIVA's assistance to lead its editorial team and establish new internal strategies to elevate content production and data collection.
Seymour Diamond is a design studio based in Mayfair, London that sought ONIVA's consultation services within the superyacht market. As well as providing guidance over the production of confidential documents and social media content, we provided assistance with improving SEO performance and brand continuity.
BJORN JOHANSSON DESIGN
Bjorn Johansson Design (BJD) is an international superyacht design company that approached ONIVA to carry out web content services for it. A new website was developed and the content edited in accordance with the client's requirements. BJD required further assistance for office management and ONIVA went on to handle all its marketing, correspondence, e-mail, telephone, ordering, itinerary planning and diary management.
A linen manufacturer based in India, Ashyvn required telemarketing services to the USA, a market they were trying to break into. This involved 300 telephone calls to selected outlets, with follow-up emails and faxes. The campaign was a success, resulting in 80% more orders than previously received. ONIVA also represented Ashvyn at the Las Vegas Market, and as part of the contract, ONIVA provided a final report on their findings and recommendations.
ONIVA assisted a local farmer to diversify and develop its small business programme. The project involved setting up new office systems, creating documentation and guidance manuals, correspondence, promotion through advertising and PR, monitoring and nurturing customer enquiries, invoicing and accounting. This is an on-going project.
A charter airline required the re-writing of their on-board announcements. This required considerable liaison with various departments within the airline, adhering to strict CAA guidelines, whilst still supporting brand values and adding interest value for the passengers, in particular frequent flyers.
A rapidly expanding development company required assistance to sell a development of eight new apartments. This involved developing and implementing a full marketing strategy, negotiating sales and co-ordinating the sales process. Enquiries were encouraged through advertising campaigns, database maintenance, nurturing enquiries, weekly reporting, organising launch and open days, all of which contributed to successfully achieving premium prices within the target timeline. Follow-up development projects have already been assigned to ONIVA.
A Dutch marketing company required copy editing and proof reading for one of its clients, who was building a new website. Work was handled on a tight turn-around time and care was also taken to ensure the sense of the text was not altered.
A Finnish on-line company asked ONIVA to provide translation scripts from Swedish to English, including proof-reading and copy editing on-line texts. This is an on-going project, always delivering to tight deadlines and it requires marketing input to assist the project, as well as translation ability.
Based on the Isle of Wight, this firm has used our services for audio transcriptions of reports, letters and invoices. The completed project was delivered back to them ahead of the very tight deadline they had given us - and with a smile, of course!
