Much like ONIVA, Assured Real Estate delivers tailored services specific to the needs of their clients. Brothers Jacob and Alex Petovar have worked within Edmonton's real estate since 2014, primarily as investors. Over the years they have gained a considerable amount of experience through managing and investing in their family companies. Today they manage commercial properties, offering a variety of services from leasing and tenant management through to budgeting and preparing assets for sale.

The founders of Assured Real Estate, entrusted ONIVA Creative to create a logo for their new commercial real estate business. Following in-depth meetings, we set out to create options for the client to consider from which they chose the below. Each step of the way, the clients were kept informed of progress and timelines and crucially, we kept within budget. We took this and went on to create professional business cards.

Armed with a strong understanding of the experience the business owners have and their goals for the business, we built a website that reflected who they are and what they do. Secured their chosen domain name and set up email accounts for their team. We wrote copy for the website, took headshots, real estate shots, captured video (street level and from a drone) to deliver a stylish and engaging website.

As a new business, Assured Real Estate required a full suite of services including headshots of the directors and video footage of the properties they manage.
