Founder and Principal
Sally‘s business background has been predominately within marketing and customer services. She has held roles as diverse as an executive assistance to senior management through to product and e-commerce manager to director of a corporation with a workforce of 80 people. Sally has also worked internationally in locations such as Kenya and Sweden.
In 2003, Sally co-founded ONIVA, providing marketing expertise for start-up airlines, revenue analysis for a London Borough Council and branding for a hotel, amongst other projects. ONIVA now provides support services, social media consultancy and website design for organisations.
Andrew's professional career has been largely spent within the superyacht industry, operating out of London. Having spent a little under seven years with media organisation The Superyacht Group as their design editor and head of its Design Division, Andrew is well versed in all things media and publishing.
Pair this with his skill as a photographer and videographer, and Andrew is able to convey strong messaging through word and image, as can be seen in his portfolio.
Head hunted by award-winning design studio Claydon Reeves, Andrew joined the team as their business development manager where he was in charge of marketing, social media and sales strategies. He re-designed the studio's website, developed and launched a sister company called Aeroboat and managed key projects. Today, Andrew works on ongoing projects with clients within the superyacht sector primarily.
Carolyn trained as a nurse and quickly progressed from the wards of top London hospitals to delivering health care in the most remote areas of East Africa. She later became involved in training and development, assisting with the production of medical manuals, funding projects and reporting at health seminars.
New opportunities would see her enter the property development industry, running sales and marketing departments for niche house-builders. Here, she has marketed and managed sales to the value of £60,000,000 throughout the home counties.
An important member of the team is Chui, a loyal and loving chocolate labrador who keeps a watchful eye over the office day and night. A master of sleeping, walking and eating, he is always happy to lend a hand and is quite the expert at finding and consuming any form of food.
